The 3rd edition of the Cinema-Less City program will close with the screening of two feature films produced by the largest Croatian independent documentary production Factum. The Makarska audience will be able to see feature documentaries “Dum spiro spero” directed by the acclaimed writer Pero Kvesić (Friday April 22nd, 8:30 PM) and the new film produced and directed by one of the greatest Croatian documentarians Nenad Puhovski “Generation ’68” (Saturday April 23rd, 8:30 PM).
“Generation ’68” will mark a milestone as the 100th documentary screened by Dokuma CA in Makarska since the beginning of our film programs in 2014. The organizers are glad this occasion is marked with the screening of the film directed by Nenad Puhovski, who was a university professor to many members of Dokuma CA as well as a MasterClass lecturer and president of the international jury at the 2nd DokuMA Film Festival.
All screenings are free, the Cinema-Less City Program is organized with the partnership of The City of Makarska, Croatian Film Association, Croatian National Archive and Factum Documentary Film Project with the Volunteer Fire Department of Makarska as our hosts for the third year in a row.
